2. Vietnamese is a medium of instruction for the master program
- The required foreign language must be one of the following six languages: English, French, Russian, German, Chinese, or Japanese.
- Applicants must meet the foreign language proficiency requirements listed in the table below. The submitted certificates must be valid for two years from the test date to the application date.
