Master's Application Evaluation Criteria
FOR APPLICANTS TO RESEARCH-ORIENTED MASTER'S PROGRAMS
1. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS (40 points)
- Academic performance in the undergraduate program (including the relevance of the undergraduate major, GPA, graduation classification, mode of study, and awarding institution…).
- Foreign language proficiency;
- Relevant work experience related to the intended field of study.
2. RESEARCH PROPOSAL (50 points)
- Objectives for pursuing the master's degree and reasons for choosing TDTU;
- Significance for choosing research direction.
- Overview of related studies
- Research objectives
- Research subjects and Scope of the study
- Research Methods to be used
- Research Plan
3 ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS (Highest Achievement) (10 points)
- Publications in international journals; papers presented at peer-reviewed international conferences; scientific research projects at the ministerial level or above; or medals won in youth championships at the city level or above. Scientific outputs must be relevant to the intended field of study.
- Publications in domestic journals; papers published in the proceedings of peer-reviewed domestic conferences; scientific research projects at the institutional level or above. Scientific outputs must be relevant to the intended field of study.
