The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City appeals to people for installing the 1022 Call Center application so that each of us would be an effective social sensor, working together to prevent and control the COVID-19. Always observing, always alert, and be willing to join hands with functional forces to control the pandemic promptly.

Switchboard 1022 is available 24/7 to receive information:

1. Reflect violations of regulations on epidemic prevention and control.

2. Reflect business activities, purchases, and sales contrary to regulations in epidemic prevention and control.

3. Reflect information on suspected cases of Covid-19 infection in the community.

4. Report immediately when detecting strangers living and working in the residential community.

5. Suggest and propose effective and practical solutions to disease prevention and control for city leaders.

All feedback will be recorded and handled as an emergency.
