Survey on foreigner livings in HCMC of the immigration office

The Immigration Division (Division 3) from the immigration office in Ho Chi Minh is the unit directly in charge of receiving legal documents to provide (issue) VISA, Temporary residence card, and Temporary residence extension. Division 3 has always been striving to create favorable conditions for foreign business(es), foreigner(s) to work, study, and live in HCMC in accordance with the law, further contributing to the country development by attracting high-skilled labor workforce from overseas and foreign investment to Vietnam in general and HCMC in particular. Confronted by the rise in a number of immigrations (immigrants) in HCMC, the People’s Committee of HCMC is currently conducting the scientific research with the topic of “Foreign Immigration to Ho Chi Minh City – Reality and Solution” to understand and review for better supporting solutions to foreigners and has requested for assistance from Division 3 to contact and gather feedbacks from foreigners through the online survey by using Google Form (Vietnamese | English). Division 3 ensures that confidential information obtained from the survey shall be protected strictly under the law.
