1. Criteria for scholarship 25%:
- Graduated from university ranking in TOP 1000 universities of THE or QS or URAP or ARWU ranking
- GPA of Bachelor and Master studies must be from 3.2 to under 3.4 (in scale 4.0)
- Have good comments from the Faculties and the Vietnamese Studies
- Good in English (according to the following table)
