Announcement on the Application for Postdoctoral Fellowship intake 2, 2026

The Department of Graduate Studies announces the application for the Postdoctoral Fellowship intake 2, 2026 as follows:
1. Eligibility and Criteria:
    Candidates for the Postdoctoral Fellowship must meet all of the following conditions:
   - Hold a doctoral degree in a discipline or specialization relevant to Ton Duc Thang University's training and research fields.
   - Be no more than 45 years of age.
   - Be the first author and/or corresponding author of at least 02 (two) scientific publications indexed in the Web of Science (WoS) for the Natural Sciences and Engineering fields; or have at least 01 (one) WoS-indexed publications or 02 (two) Scopus-indexed publications for the Social Sciences fields, including Social Sciences, Economics, Finance, Management,...
   - Have a research plan aligned with the research fields and training orientation of the managing Faculty/Institute.
   - Obtain approval from a supervisor of Ton Duc Thang University.
   - Register for full-time research at the Faculty/Institute.

2. Timeline:
   - Application period: From 15/5/2026 to 06/6/2026
     Working hours (Monday to Friday): Morning: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM | Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
   - Result announcement: Expected in July 2026.

3. Postdoctoral Fellowship Benefits:
    The Postdoctoral Fellowship consists of two components:
     (1) Research output-based fellowship; and
     (2) Living allowance.

4. Duties of Postdoctoral Researchers:
    Recipients of the Postdoctoral Fellowship must fulfill the following obligations:
    - Commit to participating in the program for at least 12 months.

    - Register main research outputs as scientific publications indexed in WoS/Scopus, ranked according to Ton Duc Thang University’s regulations, and submit a detailed plan for fulfilling this obligation.
    - Register for two (02) additional scientific research activities.
