Introduction

The program aims at training scientists to achieve the Doctorate degree with: a high proficiency in theory, professional, vocational qualification, the capability of independent and creative research; capability to discover principles, laws, new issues with scientific significance and to apply theoretical issues to practical activities; capability to instruct students on scientific research in the field of Accounting.

Admission candidates

 Group 1: Candidates with a Master's degree in a relevant field of the registered specialization.

  • Accounting;
  • Accounting – Auditing;
  • Or some master programs which are different name with accounting master program but it got less than 10% different curriculum of Accounting master program in TDTU. 

Group 2: Candidates with a Master’s degree in a field closely related to the registered specialization (must take up complementary courses).

  • Finance and Banking, Insurance, …
  • Business Administration, Commercial Business, Management Science, Public Policy, Public Management, Human Resource Management, Information System Management, Management Science and Technology, Occupational Safety and Health Management,…
  • Economics, International Economic Relations,
  • Or some master programs which are different name with accounting master program but it got from 10% to 40% different curriculum of Accounting master program in TDTU. 

Group 3: Candidates with a distinction or high distinction undergraduate degrees in a relevant field of the registered specialization (must take up complementary courses). They must also complete the Philosophy course at the master/ doctorate level as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training before defending the doctoral thesis.
