Getting a Health check report at Van Hanh Hospial Guildance

1. Send an email to this address: khamtheohenvanhanh@gmail.com with your scaned passport with last entry stamp and infomation page.

2. On the health check day, please bring your original PASSPORT and 02 photos 4x6cm (white background, NO GLASSES).

3. Do not take any mead within 8 hours before taking the medical health check-up, only pure water is acceptable. 

4. The cost is 1.430.000 VND (Including VAT).

5. The check-up takes about 1-2 hours.

6. The results are available after 2 working days (in afternoon 13:30 - 17:00). E-invoice will be sent by mail in the same day.

7. We have delivery service. The fee is 40.000VND if delivery is inner the city and 60.000VND is the suburb. It will take 4-5 working days from the exam day to receive your results.

8. Please bring the receipt when coming to collect the results.
